Jennings Terrace pricing information - Effective September 1, 2024

Skilled Nursing, daily rate (per person):

$308.00 per day (semi-private room)
$334.00 per day (private room)
THE ABOVE CHARGES INCLUDE ROOM AND BOARD AND BASIC NURSING CARE. RESPITE SERVICE IS AVAILABLE (5-30) DAYS. SEMI-PRIVATE RATE IS $216.00 AND A PRIVATE ROOM RATE IS $236.00

Sheltered Care Monthly rates (per person):

$1936.00 per month - private room with shared half-bath (floor plan)
$2864.00 per month - Two Room Floor Plan, private 1⁄2 bath (floor plan)
$3121.00 per month - Two Room Floor Plan with private shower (floor plan)

LEVEL OF CARE (based on assessed needs):

Level 1 - 200.00
Level 2 - 541.00
Level 3 - 951.00

Add-on options:

$171.00 per month for Medication Program
$57 .00 per month for call pendant rental

Respite service is available (5-30 days) and will be billed at the rate of $165 per day.
A one-time, non-refundable community fee of $500.00 is required.
If the future resident is a veteran, please inquire about possible discounts.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

NURSING SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: If a resident needs nursing supplies and/or special equipment in meeting their care plan needs, they will be billed at the end of the month for items used during the month. A current price list is maintained in the Administrator’s Office.
OTHER CHARGES: Beauty shop, barber charges, guest meals, and personal purchases are billed monthly (contact facility for services provided), as used. Contact facility for details.
Physical therapy and/or other therapy ordered by the Doctor will be billed monthly. Doctor fees and prescription drugs are billed directly by the supplier. Courtesy van with wheelchair lift is available for most medical appointments for a nominal fee.
CONTRACT RIGHTS: All the rights and responsibilities of a resident pass to the resident’s guardian, next of kin or sponsoring agency or agencies if the resident is adjudicated incompetent under State law or is determined by his/her physician to be incapable of understanding his/her rights and responsibilities.
